1. Acceptance and scope

Before registering, users can read these Terms and the Privacy Notice and must actively accept them. These Terms cover the account, profile, posts, search, saved items, messages, mutual aid, reviews, reports, blocking, support tickets, and product feedback currently available on DropIn.

Users must be at least 18 and able to contract. Account information must be accurate, credentials protected, and identity impersonation, review manipulation, restriction evasion, and abusive multiple accounts are prohibited.

2. Platform role and free service

DropIn provides publishing, search, matching, translation, communication, and safety tools. DropIn is not a party to an offline accommodation, storage, carrying, viewing, or other mutual-aid arrangement and is not a landlord, tenant, real-estate agent, carrier, or custodian.

All currently released platform features are free during this Beta. DropIn does not collect card data and offers no platform checkout, membership purchase, subscription, or automatic renewal. If a company is formed or charging starts, new operator and payment information will be published and users will be asked to accept again.

3. Offline arrangements between users

Users independently verify identity, authority, property, items, dates, prices, and conditions and decide whether local law requires a written agreement. DropIn does not collect rent, deposits, or user-to-user compensation and does not guarantee a match, reply, or performance.

Unauthorised rentals or sublets, dangerous or illegal goods, unknown sealed packages, bypassing safety checks, and urgent-transfer pressure are prohibited. In an immediate danger, contact local police, fire, or medical emergency services first.

4. Content and community conduct

Users are responsible for posts, images, reviews, and messages and must have the right to share them. Fraud, false listings, infringement, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, doxxing, money laundering, smuggling, prohibited goods, and other illegal content are forbidden.

Users grant DropIn only the non-exclusive licence needed to operate the service, including display, formatting, translation, backup, safety screening, and moderation. Users retain rights in their original content.

5. Reports, moderation, blocking, and appeals

DropIn may use automated screening and human review and, depending on severity, add warnings, reduce visibility, pause or remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts. Unless law, urgent safety, or an investigation prevents it, a significant restriction will receive a main reason and a route to human review.

Account, safety, dispute, or moderation matters use an in-app support ticket through Account, safety & disputes, with progress visible in My requests. Help, usability, Bug reports, and product suggestions use product feedback rather than a safety case.

6. Stopping use and account closure

Users may stop using DropIn and request account closure and related erasure through Account, safety & disputes or hellodropin666@gmail.com. The Free Beta Privacy Notice explains verification, exceptions, and timing.

Serious fraud, violence threats, smuggling, repeated manifestly illegal content, restriction evasion, or an immediate safety risk may justify temporary action first, followed by reasons and an appeal route where law and safety permit.

7. Beta changes, availability, and responsibility

Beta functions may change or be interrupted for safety, compliance, maintenance, or product improvement. DropIn applies risk-appropriate maintenance and security but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee that every user statement is accurate.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional or gross fault where applicable, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, content-governance duties, and personal-data obligations.

8. Contact, law, and version changes

Contact: hellodropin666@gmail.com. DropIn does not invent or name a consumer mediator that has not been joined. A free service is not automatically outside every consumer rule; any applicable mediation or other duty will be completed before the service is expanded.

Mandatory law determines governing law and competent courts, without removing protections attached to a user's habitual residence. A new operator, charging, a major new data use, or another material change requires a new version and users must accept again.
